BUYER TASKS
Send contract to lender and title company
Make sure survey and termite are ordered
Follow up on appraisal

Introduction to buyer, explain the process
Get homeowners insurance information to title company
Check on title work and survey
When completed go over title work and survey with buyer
Confirm final underwriting approval, verify conditions met
Make sure all repairs are completed before final walk-through
Schedule final walk-through
Set up home warranty
Remind agent about closing gift
Schedule closing time
Go over final detail with buyer-utilities, ID, cashier’s check, location of title company, both husband and wife have to attend,etc.
SELLER TASKS
Provide payoff information to title company
Send contract to title company and lender
Make sure survey is ordered
Verify inspections are completed
Inform seller title work, survey is completed
Go over payoff statement with seller
Check on buyer’s loan status
Verify if well & septic are needed
Confirm all repairs are finished
Inform seller of final walk-through time
Request earnest money from office
Order or remind agent about closing gift
Final details for seller
Remove sign & lockbox reminder
