My name is Sherrie McCollum.  Since my career in the real estate industry began in 1990  I have experienced and witnessed many of the complexities of the business. Certain obstacles seem to constantly plague members of our profession and it is these obstacles that has inspired and compelled me to initiate a system that we at Chase & Anderson Transaction Services feel could revolutionize the entire real estate industry.

My background includes residential and commercial real estate sales, mortgage lending, title and escrow services, and eventual ownership of a title company and real estate brokerage office. With an understanding of all sides of the transaction this affords me a well-rounded perspective of the industry and its participants.

I am a Member of the International Virtual Assistants Association and IVAA Certified, have a BS Degree from Colorado State University, and have been licensed in title insurance and escrow services.  I have begun preparation for the CCIM Commercial Real Estate designation , have attended countless professional training seminars and have memberships several supporting organizations. My commitment to continued learning and development in the real estate industry has become a passion for me, reinforcing my desire to excel.
